He is also the incumbent of the Laura Schwarz-Kipp Chair for Research of Autoimmune Diseases, Tel-Aviv University, Israel. His current research focuses on atherosclerosis and autoimmunity, including immunomodulation, IVIG in SLE, vasculitis and cancer. Dr. Dharambir Sanghera, PhD, FAHA is a Professor of Pediatrics, Physiology and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Dr. Geoffrey Altshuler Endowed Research Chair in Genetics. She is director of Genetic Epidemiology Laboratory at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). Dr. Sanghera’s health disparity research specializes in molecular and genetic epidemiological aspects of complex diseases, with special focus on Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, Coronary Artery Disease, Stroke, and Dyslipidemia.

Dr. Giulio Maria Pasinetti is the Chief of the Brain Institute Center of Excellence for Novel Approaches to Neurodiagnostics and Neurotherapeutics and is the Saunders Family Chair and Professor in Neurology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Pasinetti also serves as the Director of the Basic and Biomedical Research and Training, Geriatric Education and Clinical at the Bronx VA Medical Center. Dr. Pasinetti’s research on lifestyle factors and metabolic co-morbidities, including diabetes, influencing clinical dementia, neurodegeneration and Alzheimer’s disease has made him a top expert in his field.

Elymar A. Pascual, EdD, PhD, ScD, DSS, is the District Teacher Research Coordinator of the Department of Education, Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines, Scientific Committee Member of TIIKM (Sri Lanka), Member of Review Committee of IAFOR (Japan) and Editor of International Journal of Research Publications (Bangladesh). He is also a Consultant of N & E Quality Provider Educational Research Center (Philippines) and Reviewer of Science Publishing Group (New York, U.S.A.). He was educated at University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, major in Actuarial Science, cum laude, before spending a year in Manila Bankers Life Insurance, Inc. Following departure from the insurance world, he then attended Laguna State Polytechnic University, gaining his both Master of Arts in Mathematics and Doctor of Education degrees while embarking on an academic career which embraced teaching basic education, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students. Dr. Pascual's research orientation has made him resource speaker & presenter in different seminars and conferences. He's also currently a preacher of the gospel in two localities of the Philippines, helping the poor and encouraging the brethren to grow in the Lord.

Dr. Jia Xu is the lead PI for two significant grant projects funded by Singapore National Medical Research Council and Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), and also a Senior Scientist leading the gut microbiome studies in the longitudinal birth cohort - GUSTO and preconception cohort - S-PRESTO at the Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences (SICS), A*STAR. Her research focuses on unravelling the role of the gut microbiome in the development of metabolic and allergic disorders in children and women, utilizing a longitudinal and integrative multi-omics approach.
